Standing together

It's just the two of us.
Standing apart.

Warm glows

Only the eyes feel the warmth in winter.

Winter warmth

Streams flow, while mountains stay forever.

"We bear witness" said the trees.

And so do I.

The Garden

"I'll summon the colors whenever you come and sit with me" said the tree.

"I'll be your shadow, in your shadow" said the water to the tree. 

The Gentle Lake

“All day you play with the fast breeze, but after it has gone its way,
could I blanket you while you rest?” asked the mist to the lake.

North Prairie

"Stop a while and talk to me", said the lone tree to the brisk breeze.

Fresh greens unroll as the dry ones roll and tumble away.

"Is there a forest where you go?" wondered the flat lawns.

Sky and the colors

With the flowers gone, the leaves try to lure the skies. Visit the tree after the spring flowers have disappeared and you will see that true colors do not ever fade.
